Position: Senior Paraplanner
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £55,000 (DOE) + Generous discretionary bonus
Hours: Full-time
Type: Hybrid (After 3 months)
About the Role:
We are hiring for an experienced and dedicated Senior Paraplanner, with strong technical knowledge to join a highly regarded and well established financial planning/wealth management firm. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ of working with HNW private clients, with client facing duties, and already be chartered, hold advanced qualifications or on track to complete chartered status.

Key Reponsibilities:
- Lead and develop the client support team in delivering financial planning services
- Collaborate with Financial Planners and administrators to support clients’ financial journeys
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and develop cash flow models
- Deliver tailored financial planning solutions (investments, pensions, tax, estate planning)
- Prepare detailed reports, recommendations, and client review documents
- Liaise with clients and professional partners
- Drive service enhancements and help improve processes across the team
Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ paraplanning experience supporting advisers with UK high-net-worth private clients
- Strong grasp of the financial planning lifecycle and regulatory framework
- Chartered status, or on track to achieve (Preferred)
- Diploma Level 4 qualified with solid technical knowledge and CPD history
- Passion for coaching, people development, and building a positive team culture
- Confident communicator with strong analytical and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to innovate and problem-solve
