IFA Administrator
Location: Cheshire
Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits
We are currently working with a well-established and respected Financial Planning firm who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners

Processing new business applications and tracking to completion

Preparing client review packs and maintaining client records

Liaising with clients and providers to obtain relevant policy information

Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and recorded accurately

Updating the CRM system and managing client documentation
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar IFA/financial planning admin role

Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products
-
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Confident communicator with a professional approach

Experience using platforms such as Intelligent Office (desirable)
