IFA Administrator
Location: Cheshire
Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits

We are currently working with a well-established and respected Financial Planning firm who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners

  • Processing new business applications and tracking to completion

  • Preparing client review packs and maintaining client records

  • Liaising with clients and providers to obtain relevant policy information

  • Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and recorded accurately

  • Updating the CRM system and managing client documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar IFA/financial planning admin role

  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confident communicator with a professional approach

  • Experience using platforms such as Intelligent Office (desirable)
