We are working with a reputable and growing Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) firm that is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their supportive and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners

• Process new business and maintain accurate client records using back-office systems

• Prepare client packs, valuations, and ongoing review documentation

• Liaise with providers and clients to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures
