About the Role

I’m working with a well-established, independent financial planning firm with a strong reputation for client-focused advice. Their business is built for long-term sustainability, with a unique ownership structure guaranteeing continuity for decades to come—no risk of being sold or merged.

You’ll play a key role in advising corporate clients on employee benefits strategies, conducting market reviews, and ensuring optimal group risk solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys blending technical expertise with client-facing consultancy.

About You

  • Proven experience advising on group risk solutions (life, IP, CI) for corporate clients.

  • Strong technical knowledge of employee benefits, underwriting, and market trends.

  • Ability to build relationships with employers, insurers, and intermediaries.

  • Looking for a long-term role in a stable, professional environment.
