Client Service Team Manager – IFA Wealth Management 
Location: East Birmingham (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £45,000

A leading wealth management firm in East Birmingham is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee its client service team and maintain exceptional client relationships. This pivotal office-based role involves managing service delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction across the firm’s financial services accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the client service team (team of 12), including performance reviews and training

  • Act as the main point of contact for key financial services clients

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new and existing accounts

  • Maintain strong internal processes and monitor service delivery against SLAs

  • Analyse service metrics and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in an IFA environment

  • Proven leadership experience in a client service setting

  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, investment platforms, and discretionary portfolio services

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
