Seeking an associate to become a key member of the team, engaging directly with clients and handling a diverse range of challenging IP matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with trademark, copyright, trade dress, rights of publicity, trade secrets, false advertising, and unfair competition litigation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and expert reports
  • Assist with discovery and develop settlement strategies, including mediation
  • Conduct UDRP proceedings and T.T.A.B. litigation
  • Manage global trademark portfolios and advise on trademark clearance, filing, and enforcement
  • Provide counsel on copyright, privacy, publicity, NIL, and advertising issues
  • Collaborate with other practice areas including licensing, corporate law, venture capital, franchising, international trade, antitrust and/or tax to deliver strategic client solutions
