Are you an enthusiastic and ambitious individual interested in joining a growing and successful insurance team as the Commercial Insurance Team Leader.
Day to day responsibilities
- Proven track record to lead and empower a team to ensure standards are met, ensuring team members hit and exceed targets for income, conversion rates, and retention.
- Produce high quality comprehensive management reports to include sales, conversion, source of business, and retention data.
- Offer consistent mentorship and training sessions to the team.
- Troubleshoot client issues, including complaint resolution, in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detailed client service skills combined with strong negotiation and broking skills.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Capability to persuade and influence others.
- Calm and resilient under pressure; ability to positively react to change.
Person Specification
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing specialist advice in the insurance market.
- Qualified to a minimum of Cert CII.
- Prior experience of leading an insurance team.
- Track record of delivering results and meeting/exceeding targets.
- Insurance brokerage background with commercial experience.
