WORCESTER
We are working with a well regarded independent Insurance Brokerage in the Worcester area who now have a new exciting role for a high net worth account executive.
Due to 2025 growth plans they are looking to recruit a HNW Account Executive to come in and cross sell from thousands of already qualified commercial clients.
The Opportunity:
You will look to cultivate and secure strong relationships with the existing clients but focus on prospecting, referrals, cross sales and other areas which will generate leads for you to convert to your book.
You will be supported by an experience and growing account handler division who will be in place to support with client relationship management, administration and placement of risk.
You will be remunerated well for your efforts and be given a generous basic salary, company benefits and bonus structure to push your earnings up.
What you will need to be considered?
Private clients experience is essential, ideally in an executive capacity
A sales background with the ability to network and generate leads within this sector
Insurance Qualifications are preferable but a good solid grounding in insurance and the right attitude are more important
