The Opportunity:
This is an opportunity for a Paralegal or Legal Assistant who has developed some initial experience of assisting with Residential Conveyancing files to benefit from on the job training and a structured career development plan.
The opportunity will ensure a close working relationship with some incredibly proficient Residential Conveyancers with vast experience.
The role will offer autonomy and support in good measure.
Within this role you will providing quotes, deal with Stamp Duty Returns, produce and send contract packs and search reports, liaise with Solicitors, Estate Agents and clients; request Land Registry titles; Reports on Title and Mortgage reports.

- Some previous experience within Residential Conveyancing
