We are working with a long-standing Financial Advice practice in the Wirral, who recently became part of a larger organisation, made up of various IFA firms.
They are looking to expand their departments with both Paraplanners and IFA Admins, which would take their team to a 30+.
Requirements to be considered for the IFA Admin role:
- Current experience of working as an IFA Admin within an IFA / Wealth environment
- Ideally working towards their diploma
- Strong telephone and admin skills
- Good knowledge of Pensions / Investments & ideally Trusts / IHT
- Confidence in managing workload and prioritising tasks
Package for the IFA Admin role:
- £25-30K depending on experience and qualifications
- Monday to Friday, hybrid working
- Opportunities to work up to Paraplanning and Adviser level
- Salary reviews
- Financial support for additional exams including chartered
- Pension
