Position: Associate Solicitor – Commercial Litigation

Location: Manchester City Centre 

Compensation: Negotiable up to £75k DOE and PQE level 

Profile: Qualified associate solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial dispute resolution to manage cases and support our team of senior fee earners, trainees, and administrative staff.

Responsibilities:

• Client liaison and case analysis
• Timely response to client queries
• Precise communication with involved parties
• Drafting and reviewing case documents
• Managing own cases in compliance with procedures
• Supporting senior fee earners on complex matters
• Coordinating with administrative team
• Attending Court/Tribunal
• Collaborating with Counsel and experts
• Contributing to team targets and business development

Requirements:

• Qualified Associate Solicitor
• Expertise in commercial dispute resolution and ADR
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and case management
• Team player with initiative
• Client-focused and commercially aware
• Knowledge of insolvency disputes would be beneficial
