Hybrid – Manchester or Stoke (1-2 times per week)
The Client:
A leader in the insurance broking industry is looking to add a Lead QA to their team. Through working with the top insurance brokers in the UK, this client is a powerhouse in the broker market. Their goal is to be the leading digital broker in the industry and work with the biggest insurance brands possible.
This is a senior role within the business. You will be managing a squad of testers. They are striving to move forwards with automation testing and implement best practices across the business. It will be a 50/50 split role of management and mentoring, also hands on testing when needed.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Experience of managing teams
- Leading projects
- Deep understanding of QA and testing
- Experience of automation testing is desirable.
