A top 100 Law firm are looking to bolster their team with an experienced Corporate Senior Associate.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Solicitor, to work amongst an innovative and collaborative team, with a focus on supporting Private Equity portfolios and a wide range oh high-net worth Corporate clients.
The successful candidate will join a team who are passionate about partnering with clients and build long lasting and rewarding relationships. Therefore, it is vital you are enthusiastic about business development and motivated to increase your commercial understanding of your clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Advising clients on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, and strategic investments
– Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other corporate documents
– Negotiating terms and conditions with clients and other stakeholders
– Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
– Minimum of 5 years PQE, will relevant experience
– Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
– Strong and proven rapport building and communication skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
