A reputable law firm based in Bedford is currently seeking a Family Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a confident and personable individual with a strong knowledge of family law and experience in handling a range of cases including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements.
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
– Managing a caseload of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and financial settlements
– Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
– Drafting legal documents and attending court hearings
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
– Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives to promote the firm’s family law services
