As we enter the new month, we are thrilled to be rewarding 3 individuals within the business who have received nominations in May due to their grit and resilience, and their determination to go above and beyond and make the daily lives of their colleagues that bit better.
So, without further ado, we’re proud to introduce our May Heat Heroes…
Runner Up: Sam Strickland
This person has been described as someone who ‘always works hard, clearly enjoys what he does and is great at it.’ He has ‘taken time out of his day to educate and share best practice with some of the junior consultants on the team, recently secured a promotion to Senior and always gets stuck in to group discussions offering ideas and feedback.’

Runner Up: Rachel Bastin
Our next runner-up for May is someone who only joined the business fairly recently, but she has put in so much hard work since she has joined and is now seeing results; her colleagues have said that ‘not only is she getting results in work but is amazing to work with’, she is a ‘great all round member of the team’, who has ‘been grafting since day 1 and its fantastic to see it paying off.’
