Heat Recruitment- part of the Smart Solutions Group- are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join their Insurance division on a remote basis. With a focus on adding value to our existing client base, your will be covering locations in the South East including Kent, Norfolk and Essex.

What are we looking for?

  • Enthusiasm to ensure the success and growth of our insurance recruitment business in the Southeast.
  • Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for insurance professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
  • Someone keen to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates within the legal sector.
  • Willingness to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis through continuous market research.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and reach within the insurance specialist market.
