- Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for insurance professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Someone keen to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates within the legal sector.
- Willingness to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis through continuous market research.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and reach within the insurance specialist market.
