Heat Recruitment- part of the Smart Solutions Group- is looking for a Recruiter to join their Insurance division on a hybrid basis. With a focus on adding value to our existing client base, you will be covering locations in the Southeast region and supporting their growth goals.

What are we looking for?
- Enthusiasm to ensure the success and growth of our insurance recruitment business within the Southeast region.
- Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for insurance professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Someone keen to develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates within the Insurance sector.
- Willingness to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis through continuous market research.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and reach within the insurance specialist market.
