Trainee Consultants:
You will benefit from a comprehensive 8 week induction period. We aim to keep all our training sessions engaging, interactive and fun as this dramatically improves the way you learn.
Once completed you will continue to learn the art of recruitment through a 6 month development plan.
Fast Track:
Rewards high achievers within the business, taking Trainees to Senior Consultants within 18 months
