Rather than building something from scratch you will be adding value to our already existing client and candidate base. On average most new team members do their first placement in their first month!
You will be joining a team with four Managing Consultants and multiple Senior and Principal Consultants to help you learn the complex market. So your able to building fantastic relationships with everyone in your specialist market.
Insurance is an interesting and niche sector to be operating in. You could be helping London based City Brokers secure their dream role or advising industry-leading businesses on their next strategy hire.
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will take full responsibility for every aspect of the recruitment process. With overall accountability for developing and maintaining your portfolio of clients and candidates within the Insurance market.
