An opportunity for an experienced, ambitious mid-senior level Associate has opened with a leading International firm based in the heart of the City of London. The Partners are seeking a US trained lawyer to join their busy White Collar practice.

The Role

This leading International White Collar practice require a 3-5 PQE US trained and qualified Associate. You will have expertise in highly complex cross border investigations related to government investigations, enforcement and white collar crime prosecutions representing an impressive range of clients including corporations, boards of directors, management and individuals.

You must have a background ideally in a US/Magic/Silver Circle firm or other comparable International law firm ranked high in the Top 50.

This department have won numerous awards and gained recognition across the globe as the go to leader for enforcement and white collar crime investigations. The successful hire will work on the most complex, high profile cases in the industry.


  • 3 – 6 PQE mid – senior level Associate
  • Must be US trained and qualified with experience in a US or comparable International firm.
  • Extensive experience in White Collar Crime and Enforcement work.
  • Must have a strong education background
  • Expertise and very good understanding of relevant rules and regulations related to White Collar/Government Enforcement in different jurisdictions
  • Must have a good understanding and experience working on complex cross border investigations
  • Confidence in front of clients and able to lead junior team members, whilst leading on demanding cases alongside industry leading Partners.
