Travel Support Executive
A leading provider of Claims solutions within the Travel Industry are now looking for a Travel Support Executive to join their team in Croydon.
Your main function will be to handle all calls relating to travel claims in a professional manner as you will be dealing with a variety of claims from a lost suitcase to serious injury. Due to the nature of the claims you will need to be empathetic with your approach to be able to deal with a wide range of customers with varying emotions, as we as being able to acquire the correct information needed to check that the claim is covered.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience dealing with travel claims would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
