Location – Poland (Remote/Hybrid) – EU Based Applicants Only

£40 – £45K (Polish equivalent).

I am lucky enough to be working with a leading consulting business making huge strides into Automation and business process outsourcing BPO and is looking for an Transition Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. 

The business is in a period of sustained growth and is looking to hire a professional who can aid with client engagement, delivery, and growth. 

Transition Manager Specification: 

  • Manage change through effective communication, sustainable training, and continuous feedback.
  • Lead activities to prepare and change the business to adopt and use solutions.
  • Develop and facilitate (and deliver where applicable) training courses and materials to instruct on use of solutions and systems, together with Functional Consultants, Business Partners, etc., as part of Project Delivery and ongoing activity
  • Produce and organize effective, sustainable creative training materials and other documentation.
  • Provide continuous improvement of training programs based on feedback and suggestions from customers.
  • Lead efforts around effective Communications around function “wins”
  • Proactively manage GBS perception amongst business partners
  • Create innovative, consistent and effective methods for communication that are professional and consistent in look, feel, and design.
  • Develop, along with Functional Consultants, various Templates used to collect and communicate information both within GBS function and externally with customers.
  • Coordinate feedback on customer usage and satisfaction of GBS solutions
  • Develop appropriate surveys and other mechanisms for collecting feedback.
  • Organize and summarize information in appropriate ways to facilitate proper analysis.
  • Assist in preparation of performance and scorecard communications for GBS groups.
  • Good knowledge of information systems, technologies, and procedures
  • Strong ability to produce good written communications and documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively within group settings.
  • Ability to develop innovative, effective, and creative training programs and events.
