Third Party Motor Claims Handler

You will work in a professional and dedicated Claims Environment where you will negotiate and settle portfolio of third party impact claims. You will work toward individual and team targets and SLA’s to ensure consistent performance.
You will work in a varied role handling claims from start to finish, managing complaints matters and actively managing your network of clients and contractors / surveyors to complete on your case load.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Claims handling experience ideally including third party damage claims. The interest to take on responsibilities and to training and development
- A positive attitude to changes and business development
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good communication – both written and oral
- Good IT skills
- Ability to remain focused during extremely busy periods
