Our client, an established name within financial services, are seeking a Support Analyst to join their growing team.
This is an interesting and varied role within our client’s infrastructure team, which is responsible for helping to maintain and develop software and hardware within the office. Experience of Active Directory, Wintel and Microsoft Exchange is essential – knowledge of XenApp is desirable.
The Support Analyst will assist in the delivery of support services, responsibilities will include:
Assisting with resolving tasks, incidents and user issues on a daily basis
Supporting the development, implementation and delivery of systems and services in line with Company needs
Documenting, maintaining and monitoring all procedures relating to Support Centre service delivery
Undertaking ad hoc duties as necessary within the team.
Applicants should be physically fit as the role may involve some heavy lifting. You will be required to work in other offices across the UK, so applications are preferred from those with a UK driving licence.
You must have strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.
Applicants should have a good educational background with an HNC in Computing or equivalent. Microsoft Certification would be an added advantage.
