Heat Legal have been asked to recruit a specialist Structured Finance and Securitisation Senior Associate (5-8 PQE) to join a leading Top 20 International law firm that’s recognised globally as a thought leader and heavyweight in the finance arena.

This Global Structured Finance practice are well recognised in the industry and ranked in the top bandings in Legal 500 and Chambers.
The Partners in this team are ex-Magic Circle industry leaders, with an impressive portfolio of clients that includes the worlds largest financial institutions, investment banks, private equity houses, trustees and funds.
As Senior Associate you will lead on a busy and interesting workload of premium structured finance, securitisation, CLO work, and refinancing matters.
This opportunity comes with excellent long term career prospects for Partnership. The structure of the team is such that there would not many lawyers in front. You will contribute to business development and have lots of opportunities to engage with clients. They offer a market leading truly global platform to build your own practice.
Requirements:
– 5-8 PQE
– Experience in Structured Finance and Securitisation with a reputable City based law firm
– Must be England & Wales qualified on the Solicitor roll.
– Ambitious, technically minded and a team player
