Service Desk Engineer

My client is one of the leading companies that provides cloud services and support based in London. The Opportunity:

My client is looking for a Tier 2 Engineer to join this award-winning team. The successful candidate will be taking incoming customer support calls raised from Tier 1 and aiming to resolve the raised tickets before needing to escalate to Tier 3 if necessary.

 

What’s needed for me to be considered?

  • Experience of working within a Managed Service Provider/MSP, or IT Support Company in a helpdesk/service desk position.

· Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Office 365.

· Active Directory and Windows Server administration

· Microsoft Hyper-V, SQL, PowerShell, and Exchange.

· Networking fundamentals.

· MCSE Or MCSA (Advantageous)

· Azure (Advantageous)

  • SharePoint (Advantageous)
