A well-established, full service, Top 100 law firm with a National presence is seeking to bolster its Residential Development Team through adding a Senior Residential Development Solicitor into its central Bristol office.
This is a prestigious role for a fee-earner with significant post qualified experience within Residential Development – possessing a strong familiarity with housing association clients and established panel relationships.
The Opportunity:
In this prominent role, you will be leading on matters directly whilst supervising junior members and sharing work across the team.
You will be actively involved in recruiting and retaining your team, supporting their development and ensuring they enhance their technical skills over time. You will be adept at handling large and complex affordable housing development matters, ensuring work is being done at the right level and with client service central to everything you do.
