There is a lot of flexibility around this IFA Administrator role but would favour someone with excellent technical knowledge and willing to look to take on a senior role within the sales support team.
Some of their Advisers began their careers as IFA Administrators in the company, so there is definitely scope to progress towards Paraplanning and Advisory positions in the long term, which is also the reason for the vacancy.
They also provide study support towards exams, pay good salaries and provide a performance based bonus scheme.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Hold previous experience within an IFA / Financial Planning Practice
- Must be qualified or close to Level 4 Diploma
- Previous experience dealing with High Net Worth Clients desirable
- A strong understanding of Pensions and Investment products advantageous
