A leading law firm in London are looking to recruit into their real estate finance team.
The Opportunity:
Joining an established real estate finance team in London, ranked in both the L500 and Chambers, you will walk into an existing caseload. The firm in question are on an extensive list of lender panels and are actively looking to recruit at either Associate or Senior Associate. This is a property finance rather than banking vacancy. You will deal with a mix of secured lending/bridging finance and development finance in a supportive and collegiate setting.
Requirements:
- Be a UK qualified Solicitor with at least 2 PQE
- Possess sufficient prior real estate finance experience
