An award winning group of businesses that provide essential compliance, training and quality based solutions to SME's and corporates is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Team Leader, to lead a high performing team in South Manchester with immediate effect.
This team do not cold call or do any new business development to prospective businesses, but instead are tasked with developing business through strategic up selling and cross selling to the existing group client base. this group customer base exceeds 60, 000 live clients, and the business boasts an impressive 97% client annual retention and renewal rate which is truly market leading.
This role will see you hit your own personal sales target alongside ensuring your team ( which consists of circa 8-10 Business Development Consultants) hit their individual targets regularly too. You will be measured on how your team performs, and how you yourself sell. Your team will be responsible for selling a range of service based solutions that all help keep businesses compliant in HR and Employment Law legislation alongside Employee Training, ISO certification, and other products such as Employee Assistance Programs. The team are above target year to date, and have hit their annual sales target every year without fail for the last 7 years running. The team have grown organically from 2- to 10 in the last 3 to 4 years with several members of the business unit being employed for the entire time. This team, and in-fact this business – do not lose staff regularly, and are part of a group of companies that have been in the Sunday Times Best Companies to work for category for their size for the last 5 years running. That in itself is a feat not many businesses can shout about!! They have also won awards for innovation and service excellence.

For someone with significant sales experience B2B and leadership experience this role will reward you with a base salary 30-40k plus an uncapped OTE of typically an additional £20, 000 a year alongside some strong benefits. You will ideally be based in and around the Northwest and will be happy working out of the office roughly 2 or perhaps 3 times a week, with the other days being based from home if you so wish.
