A boutique legal firm in Totnes is looking to add a Residential Property Solicitor to the team – this is a rare opportunity with a highly regarded firm.

Our client’s Property team covers a mix of Residential and Commercial Property work. In this unique role, you will be given the opportunity to build and develop experience across both Residential and Commercial Property with the support of a highly experienced Partner.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be offered manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, buy to let, equity release and first registrations.

Commercial Property aspects of the role will likewise be varied and without repetition. 

This is an opportunity to cover high quality work in an environment that is highly supportive. A number of previous junior lawyers have benefited from the outstanding progression path on offer.
