Residential Property Solicitor
We represent a leading law firm in Oxfordshire that are looking to grow the team and add a talented Residential Property Lawyer to their thriving Residential Property department.
The firm have several offices in the region and this post will sit within one of the firm’s growing departments. You will work very closely with the Partner whilst also being supported by a team of Paralegals.
This vacancy would ideally suit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE. You will work from the firm’s High Street office, working with a range of private sellers and purchasers.
You will get the opportunity to deal with a broad mixture of files including Leasehold and Freehold sales and purchases, New Builds, Lease Extensions, Help to Buy and others. There are excellent routes to progress.
What Do I Need To Apply?
You will be a qualified conveyancer, solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years’ PQE
Solid technical skills and an enthusiastic approach to business development
Motivation to supervise Paralegals and junior members of staff where necessary
