A City law firm are actively looking to recruit into their Residential Property team.
The Opportunity:
As a Junior/mid-level Lawyer (2-5 PQE preferably) you will join a well-established and supportive residential property department. The firm undertake a full spectrum of conveyancing transactions to include advising on: sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, secured lending, as well as enfranchisement/lease extensions.
The firm have a fantastic hybrid working policy and expect their Lawyers to have a desire to get involved with business development. You will gain exposure to HNW/UHNW residential transactions, experience within which is required.
Ideally candidates will have had exposure to the London market but this is by no means essential. If you have had hands on responsibility and exposure at a regional law firm and are passionate about developing your career in residential conveyancing please do apply.
Requirements:
- Be a UK qualified Lawyer (Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Solicitor) with between 2-6 PQE – essential
- Prior experience dealing with HNW/UHNW properties at either a London-based or strong regional law firm – essential
- BD experience – essential
