Residential Property Associate

A City law firm are actively looking to recruit an Associate/Senior Associate into its Residential Property team.

The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to join a leading residential property team in London, ranked highly in both the Legal 500 and Chambers. You will handle a mixed caseload, the majority of which is prime HNW/UHNW residential properties in London. This will include dealing with: second hand residential sales and purchases, new builds, lease extensions (statutory and voluntary), secured lending, and some light agriculture matters. Strong reputation, competitive salary package, reasonable billing targets.

Requirements:

• Be a UK qualified Solicitor with at least 3 PQE +
