The opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a highly regarded law firm with offices throughout Suffolk. This position would be based in their Bury St Edmunds office.
The Client
The firm’s experienced Residential Conveyancing team has earned a strong reputation in the local area and seeks to expand their offering, by bringing in a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to support the fee earners in the team. The team and wider firm pride themselves on having a friendly, yet professional culture.
The Opportunity
As part of the firm’s growth, they are able to offer an opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join them and support the wider team. The successful candidate will work alongside the fee earners, providing support on all aspects of conveyancing transactions, from freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to transfer of equity, remortgage and shared ownership files.
The salary on offer is between £22,000-£24,000 per annum. The firm also offer a Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Health Care Plan, Generous holiday entitlement.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- The ideal candidate will have experience working in a law firm, specifically in a Conveyancing department
- You should have a good client manner and professional tone
- Willingness to learn and motivated to provide excellent communication skills
- Organised with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
