We are looking for consultants to join the Insurance Desk from limited recruitment experience up to Senior Consultants. I appreciate that you may not have experience recruiting within the Insurance sector however as long as you understand the principles and process of recruitment, are prepared to learn a new industry sector then we are prepared to put the work in to help you achieve this. If you Insurance experience then that is a bonus!!!
We offer a very competitive commission structure up to 30%, quarterly consistency bonuses, quarterly pay rises and various other attractive incentives.
