Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude
– Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
– Schedule appointments and manage the meeting room calendar
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
– Support administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
– Strong organisational and multitasking skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and email management
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
