Project/Programme Manager for Health Tech Company (NHS Experience a Plus)

Heat Recruitment is a working with leading health-technology provider seeking a talented Project/Programme Manager to spearhead customer projects. You’ll be the bridge between our internal teams and external clients, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing customer projects from inception to completion, specifically for NHS clients (experience highly desirable).
- Overseeing data migration and ensuring smooth laboratory integration (experience a plus).
- Leading and coordinating both our professional services and technical services teams.
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients, including C-suite executives.
- Utilizing project management methodologies like Prince2 and Agile to ensure efficient project delivery.
To be successful, you’ll need:
- Proven experience delivering software implementations for the NHS.
- Strong technical expertise combined with a keen understanding of commercial aspects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies like Prince2 and Agile.
This is a front-facing role, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing client relationships at all levels.
