Job title: Platform Administrator
Salary: up to £25,000
Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 at home
Location: Chelmsford / Bath / Cheltenham / Mansfield 
Reporting to: Client Support Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for monitoring internal and external mailboxes and managing queries through to completion.
  • Accountable for providing support and answering queries via Advance platform helpline for external Customers.
  • Supporting with transactional processing and technical queries.
  • Monitoring, and escalating Advance Platform client transfers following agreed procedures.
  • Maintaining data on the Back Office system in line with the company processes, ensuring that we have accurate client records and data for information reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative role within Financial Services.  
  • Experience of working in a small to medium sized financial services environment.
  • Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to consistently deliver within service standards.
  • Strong organisational skills, flexible and proactive approach.
