As part of its ongoing growth strategy, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Partner to join the Commercial Real Estate practice in Glasgow.
ROLE SUMMARY & REQUIRED BACKGROUND
As a Partner in the Commercial Real Estate practice, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing high-profile commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and joint ventures.
- Providing strategic legal advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex real estate matters and achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborating with other practice groups and Partners to drive business development efforts, including building and maintaining client relationships, and participating in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Mentoring and supporting the professional development of associates and junior team members within the practice.
- Contributing to the firm’s thought leadership and market positioning.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 10 years PQE with substantial experience in Commercial Real Estate.
- A proven track record of success in developing and managing client relationships, as well as growing a practice area.
- Exceptional legal expertise and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex real estate challenges.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
