We are assisting a well respected IFA practice with growing their team due to internal promotions meaning they are looking for a Paraplanner Manager to join them in Milton Keynes.
Identifying training needs and delivering appropriate training will be important as you will be supporting a team of 6 on a daily basis who range in experience; someone may be at the start of their journey or you could be helping a more experienced employee to develop their technical knowledge and understanding.
As employees are encouraged and supported with working towards exams, it is important that you are at least Level 4 diploma qualified yourself.
You’ll be working closely with the Compliance Manager and Office Manager, so will be able to bounce ideas around with other senior members of staff.
This role would suit someone who is keen to challenge and improve procedures so as to develop the team and company. They embrace the use of new technology and have a well-qualified support team assisting the IFAs to make the best decisions for their clients.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Previous experience within IFA practices and Paraplanning is essential
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
- Have a professional, proactive and positive attitude
