Job Opportunity: Paraplanner 
Location: Lincoln
Salary – £35,000-£40,000 – negotiable depending on experience 

Are you a highly skilled Paraplanner with a passion for financial planning and a strong technical background? We’re seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic financial planning business in Lincoln, supporting the advisors and enhancing the clients’ financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical research and analysis to support advisors in delivering optimal financial solutions.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate reports for clients, ensuring clarity and relevance.
• Utilise cashflow modelling tools to illustrate financial scenarios and strategies.
• Collaborate with our team of advisors to provide expert support across a range of cases.
• Engage with various industry tools / platforms including FE Analytics, Voyant, Transact, and Parmenion to streamline processes and enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Level 4 qualification in financial planning (CII preferred), with consideration for candidates with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a paraplanning role (preferred)
• Proficiency in report writing, technical research, and cashflow modelling.
