Role: Mortgage Administrator
Salary: £22,000 – £28,000
A forward-thinking Financial Planning firm based in Weybridge are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator in order to support the team in a time of growth & expansion for the company.
This opportunity is to work alongside a small and friendly team with regular team building opportunities and staff incentives.
You will be involved in managing the mortgage application process from start to finish, providing high quality customer service to clients and administrative support to the Administration Manager and Mortgage Adviser.
You will be liaising with lenders, solicitors & lawyers and be expected to prepare documentation, new business application forms, running illustrations, proof reading recommendation reports and much more.
- Ideally 1 years experience working within a Mortgage role, but not essential
- Computer literate and experienced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- CeMAP qualifications are welcomed
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
