A reputable Top 100 law firm in central London are looking to hire a qualified residential property lawyer.
Working under a head of department you will work as a fee earner and be responsible for your own caseload. This will include: sale and purchase transactions; developments; plot sales; title checking; undertaking searches; dealing with post-completions, among others. As an experienced member of the residential property team you will also supervise junior members of staff and help develop the department. The role is based in central London in a modern office and offers both exposure to quality work in a large team as well as a work life balance.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Be a qualified lawyer, either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE – essential
- Possess management experience – desirable
