Liability Claims Handler
Are you an experienced Liability Claims Handler with exposure to Casualty or Personal Injury Claims ?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Claims Handler to join a well-known and prestigious multi-national organisation as they look to increase their claims handling capacity within their specialist Casualty division.
The main duties within the role are to provide full lifecycle claims handling and to act as the primary customer contact in managing a portfolio of Liability and Casualty claims. Included within this you will advise policyholders on general queries ensuring claims made are covered within policy; providing exceptional customer service, conduct basic fraud checks and negotiate appropriate settlements.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
You will have experience dealing with Claims within the insurance industry
Ideally you will have knowledge and experience managing Liability, Casualty and Injury claims
Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with customers
