A well-established legal firm in Bradley Stoke are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join their team.

As a Legal Secretary you will provide administrative support to our legal team and ensure the smooth running of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

– Assisting solicitors with administrative tasks such as drafting legal documents, preparing court bundles, and filing documents
– Organising and maintaining case files and client records
– Managing schedules and making appointments for solicitors
– Answering phone calls and responding to emails

To be successful in this role you will need to be an accurate typist, and have experience with audio dictation.

Additionally you should have:
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong organisational and time-management skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
