Your Role
As the Head of Enforcement, you will oversee a team of 10, ensuring the timely resolution of housing condition cases. You’ll be part of the senior management team, reporting directly to the board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team, including recruitment and training
- Ensure compliance with court deadlines and CPR
- Serve as a technical expert within the department
- Foster strong relationships across the business and with counsel
Your Profile
You are a seasoned litigator with strong staff management experience. You have in-depth knowledge of CPR, particularly Part 8 proceedings, and are comfortable in a target-driven environment, prioritising client care.
