Lead Generation Specialist (Part Time)
Part Time Role – Between 22 and 25 per week

As Lead Generation Specialist, your goal will be to build a growing pipeline of potential clients, contacting organisations on a pre-cleansed database to generate new business appointments for Regional Managers to attend and drive the business forward through consultative selling.
To succeed your own initiative is required to build your pipeline, utilising social media, following up on Marketing campaigns and attending networking events. To help you reach your targets training will be provided on all products/services.
This is not a call centre position, there will be no script to read from but all the training and tools available to make uncapped commission. There are bi-annual development reviews giving you the opportunity to discuss your career and training and development.

What’s needed to be considered
You will be driven, proactive and motivated to win new business and passionate about meeting your own and team targets and a track record of selling, ideally in an IT environment but this not essential as there is great training in place
You will also have a good understanding of lead generation and business development using all the tools available , Strong on successfully developing and maintaining relationships, great all-round communication skills, including listening.
Above all you will need an excellent telephone manner, negotiation skills and a determined attitude
