Summary of Role:
As a Lead Planner, your role is pivotal in attracting, onboarding, and retaining clients while demonstrating exceptional client care, outcomes, and the ability to create comprehensive financial life plans. You will oversee and review financial strategies, identifying objectives, issues, opportunities, and solutions. This role includes leading a pod consisting of a Client Service Associate and paraplanner. You are responsible for ensuring each team member is accountable for their performance, supporting their individual development, and managing pod profitability.
You will work closely with colleagues to deliver a profession-leading service, exceeding client expectations using lifestyle financial planning to empower individuals to live the life they desire.
A Client bank will provided for you to service and grow, through generating referrals and word of mouth.
Skills and Knowledge Qualifications and Experience:
- Chartered Financial Planner (or working towards this qualification).
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- A deep understanding of the financial services profession.
- Awareness of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
