Heat Recruitment Human Resources Team are currently recruiting for a HR Junior Partner for a leading global client. This is a Fixed Term contract to cover maternity leave until August 2023.
This vacancy can be remote based, there will be an expectation to travel to the office at either Ferrybridge or Leeds on minimal occasion where required to support the management team in HR meetings.
Salary: £28,000
Key Skills required:
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Car driver required
- Recruitment experience
- CIPD level 3 or working towards is desirable
- Excellent time management skills
Responsibilities of the role:
- To formulise partnerships and deliver HR support and function to management and employees
- Understand the business and culture of the business
- Working alongside the leaders and managers to offer specific HR advice where applicable
- Assist in the advertisement and recruitment of staff and offer guidance to management where required
- Conduct low level disciplinary procedures
- Ensure that the business social media platforms, intranet and communication boards are updated
- Compiling statistics on absence management boards
- Ensuring that preferred supplier lists are up to date and service level agreements are considered to ensure the right recruitment partners are in place
